Middlesbrough Council logo

Described by Ofsted as unique, Lingfield is an education and training provision based in Coulby Newham.

We provide bespoke learning opportunities based around individual needs and goals, underpinned by an holistic support package for learners and their families, or guardians. We pride ourselves on the diverse skills and qualities our dedicated team bring to the provision.

Now in our seventh year we continue to deliver tailored support for young people of the TS area with identified additional needs. Our core curriculum is based around vocational work experience placements with trusted local employers, this allows our learners the opportunity to gain valuable hands on training and development in a real working environment. This also affords them the opportunity to build, confidence skills and relationships.

We offer a Study Programme: for 16 to 19 year olds, or up to age 25 if the applicant has an EHCP (Educational Health and Care Plan)  Study Programme – Middlesbrough Community Learning Service (mcls.ac.uk)
