Your account gives you access to securely add and update your Local Offer record only, that you can submit to this website.  Changes and additions submitted will be checked by our team before appearing live on the site. We aim to process new updates as quickly as possible (within a few days of submission).

How to update your core record information

To update your core information that appears above your Local Offer information on this website, please email the Family Information Service at familyinfo@dorsetcc.gov.uk or ring us on 01305 221066 with any changes.  Alternatively you can also use the ‘Contact us’ online form and we’ll respond within a few days of submission.
