We are an independent provider offering services to people with learning disabilities who require care and support in a residential or supported living environment.
Mancroft Health care Ltd was founded in 2009 based in the historical conservation village of Tettenhall, Wolverhampton. The ethos of the company is to provide a homely environment where each individual is supported to achieve their aspirations and goals through ennoblement. We pride ourselves in working with individuals to provide a home in an inclusive community.
Each service provides care and support in a sensitively designed environment, with well-trained and skilled staff support. Wherever possible, we will access support from a range of external networks such as medical and health professionals, occupational therapists as well as each individual’s family, friends or advocates as appropriate.
The supported living scheme works alongside sister company Mancroft Housing Ltd in providing tenancy agreements and supporting individuals in all aspects of housing management whilst living in a home of their choice.
We have a proven track record of transitioning complex individuals from long term residential care into supported living.
