All facilities are open to the general public, seven days a week with a commitment to meet all sporting requirements - whether you are an elite sports performer or a recreational fitness user, our experienced and helpful staff can help you achieve your goals.
The centre is home to a varied range of thriving clubs who offer expert coaching in a number of sports including basketball, kick boxing, fencing, football and dance. Our health and fitness facilities also offer members of our community every opportunity to get fit and stay fit!
Our state of the art Technogym fitness suite boasts a comprehensive range of cardiovascular and resistance machines. Our fully qualified gym instructor staff are on hand to offer expert advice on all your fitness requirements.
Our studio is mirrored entirely along one wall. The maple sprung floor and state of the art PA audio system create a perfect environment for all types of dance. A large storage area off the main room holds judo and jigsaw mats and equipment that can be used for exercising. The studio can comfortably house 50 people and has proved to be an excellent home for our dance, martial arts, aerobics and circuit training clubs.
Our outdoor facilities include our newly laid multi-use hard courts, marked for county games specification. Tennis courts, netball courts, 3 five-a-side football courts and 1 full size hockey pitch. We are one of a select few centres in the city to offer football clubs the opportunity to train on grass during the winter months - under our floodlights.
