Patient Participation Groups

All GP surgergies have Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) or Patient Reference Groups (PRGs) that give their patients an opportunity to discuss their views and opinions, to have a say in any proposed changes and to influence decisions taken within the Practice. The groups can also act as a 'sounding board' for new ideas.
