The Law Society - Making a Will
If you care about what happens to your property after you die, you should make a Will. Without one, the State directs who inherits, so your friends, favourite charities and relatives may get nothing.
The Law Society's website offers information on why and how to make a Will. It also gives details of its Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme and has a search facility to help you find a solicitor in your local area.
