Swaffham Wellbeing Club
The Swaffham Wellbeing Club (formerly known as Swaffham Wellbeing Group) meets every Tuesday from 10am start and finishing at approx 12 noon. The group takes place at the Swaffham Community Centre, Campingland, Swaffham, PE37 7RD.
If you look after someone or have limited mobility; if you're feeling low, recovering from depression or ill health or you're feeling lonely, isolated or just want to meet other people the Wellbeing Club offers different activities each week and also regular guest speakers from local agencies who can offer advice, information or support on a wide range of issues. Tea and coffee available.

- It is free to attend the group. We do ask for a small donation towards tea and coffee if you can and we also have a weekly raffle if you want to take part
