In this section you will get information on how to access childcare settings to enable you to work, look for jobs, train, study or just take time out. Please read our advice pages below, under useful information, related to specific childcare settings along with leaflets in the links under related files on the right of the page.

Childcare can offer many positive benefits for your entire family, and comes in many different forms such as you will see beleow.

Not all childcare needs to be registered with Ofsted, please read the guidance on the relevant link entitled 'when Ofsted registration is not required' for further information.

Some of the out of school and holiday care clubs which are running within the schools are privately registered and others are covered under each school's Ofsted registration, if you are unsure just ask for information at the school's reception desk.
