NAS (National Autistic Society) Lowestoft and North Suffolk Branch

NAS LOGO

We are a local support group for parents and carers who need help, support and advice and we run regular day-time & evening NAS drop-in's in Lowestoft.

The drop-in's are held by parents who are volunteers who have experience working with SEN (Special Educational needs) children or who have children with Autism and we can help, support and give advice and support in a variety of areas. From the initial diagnoses process through to sleep help or just to be there just to listen. Please come and joinour friendly group to have a chat over a cuppa and a biscuit!

Everyone is welcome and no diagnoses is needed. Children are allowed to attend drop-in's, however they need to be supervised as the volunteers cannot be responsible for the children whilst at the drop-in's.

If the drop-in feels a little daunting then please send us an email or contact us on our Facebook page and you can be sure of a warm welcome! Please get in touch, we are here to help.

The NAS is run by a group of volunteers
