Carlton Colville Badminton Club

I visited this club a couple of years ago at a time when I was feeling down and came to rekindle my passion and interest I had for badminton from when I was very young, plus make new friends. Instead I left feeling bad with a cloud over me; the place was not welcoming at all and I felt rather a burden there and that I was an inconvenience. The entire group were senior aged and since I was young made me feel like I didn't belong there, but I kept on playing and making the most of the game. However, when I spoke to people on the side between games they got all annoyed looking at me saying how my playing wasn't good, yet one other person who wasn't as good as me got no grief at all because he was a mutual friend of group and it was also his first evening there. Eventually they told me to stop coming and looked at me all angry when I was trying to enjoy myself, yet they made me feel awful and I walked out immediately feeling so down. Based on that experience I would give this club management a poor review.
