Coaching is not just for adults, I believe every young person should have a coach and therefore my youth coaching is subsidised to recognise the importance of such self-development and awareness at a young age.

I am a certified Life, Business and Youth Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and Hypnotherapist accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Association for Integrative Psychology.

Using a variety of coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP tools and techniques, I am able to help you to unlock your full potential and make lasting change.  You already have the resources within you but perhaps they have not been unlocked because you have mislaid the key!
