This page is to help volunteers, school staff and health professionals know where they can go for Mental Health information and support.

Family Crisis Support:

Contact NHS Crisis line. Call 111 and press option 2. 24/7 helpline offering immediate support for anyone of any age experiencing mental health difficulties who are emotionally distressed and need urgent support. (This line replaces the First Response Mental health helpline.)

Emotional Wellbeing Support for schools:

School staff who are concerned about a child should contact their Primary Mental Health Worker (PMHW) 

School staff can access a Self-harm Toolkit and wellbeing resources to support students through Suffolk County Council's Schools Portal. To access the Portal contact Jane Stannard
