The Association of Shropshire Exercise Teachers (ASET) supports Shropshire based exercise teachers who run a variety of classes:

• Dance
• Otago
• Tai Chi
• Upright & Active
• Yoga
• Zumba Gold

These classes are all available to sedentary, frail adults and those with ongoing health conditions and/or limited mobility.

Independent classes operate in a number of settings throughout Shropshire including:

• community centres
• day centres
• healthy living centres
• residential and nursing care homes
• sheltered housing
• village halls.
