Tai Chi is a superb 'mind and body' exercise and is suitable for anyone, at any age, with any level of fitness or unfitness. You can work at your own pace, starting gently if needs be, and gradually build yourself up. It is often attractive to people who haven't been doing much, or any exercise for a while.
There are several choices of daytime classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, in Shrewsbury. Classes also take place in Church Stretton. Some of these are generously subsidised by 'Through The Doorway', making them very easy to afford.
Classes in Castlefields take place on Tuesdays from 10.30am to 11.30am.
