Shrewsbury Children's Bookfest

Description:

The aim of Shrewsbury Bookfest is to bring the world of books alive for children and to inspire and enthuse them with a love of reading.

Through a series of annual projects with schools and families, Shrewsbury Bookfest is the only organisation of its kind working with school age children in Shropshire.

Notes:

Schools’ Week is a child-led creative writing development initiative that takes place every two years.  It is a five-month long project for KS1 and KS2 primary school pupils across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin, and will take place between January and May 2021.
