360 Journey to Work is a ten week course that gives those seeking to enter the workplace in a paid or voluntary capacity, self-confidence and the tools to engage with the workplace effectively.

- Maximum of five clients on a 10 week course
- One to one mentoring and support
- Linking directly with employers
- Meet with local employers
- Connect with local job market
- Opportunity to discuss and ask questions
- Support and development of personal and practical skills and strategies for moving forward
- Buddy system for continuing support.
