Yoga with Corin offers welcoming and inclusive classes for all levels including beginners.  Corin is a Yoga London graduate specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Meditation.

Classes are held at The Severn Centre Highley on Tuesday evenings at 5pm.  Other classes are available at Bridgnorth and Quatt.

Yoga relieves mental stress and physical aches, and each class aims to leave you feeling both mentally and physically relaxed.
