PANDAS are very pleased to offer a 6 week structured therapy course designed just for parents and parents to be. The course is based on a foundation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is an effective, evidence-based CBT therapy.

The aim of these sessions is that you feel comfortable in a safe, supportive and welcoming space. We want you to come away with new knowledge that will help you to feel more in control of your own life and more assured in your own decisions.
