Description:

Jan Phillips Fitness offers a range of fitness / exercise classes for all ages and abilities.  Attendance at classes needs to be pre-booked.

Stretch, Tone and Relax with Back Care classes (max 19 people) take place at the Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury on Wednesday mornings, from 10am to 11am .

This is a fun, informative class with no music, concentrating on posture, body awareness, back care and gentle stretching and toning with some relaxation.  Those with back issues may be helped by this class or Physical Yoga.
