Classes in Shotokan Karate led by a 4th Dan black belt instructor.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings 7.30pm to 9.00pm and Monday evenings 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
Join to keep fit, to develop an interest in karate or to work towards the belts and competitions.
