Mobilise

Description:

Mobilise is an online community, run by carers and for carers, and they understand what it's like to look after someone.

Community is at the core of everything they do, and they connect with their community every day, via their Facebook group, personal support and regular newsletters, so are always aware of what's important, or can be worrying to carers.

They have built up a toolkit of resources that everyone can use, which is being added to it all the time, and you can sign up to a daily or weekly e-support package to be kept in the loop.

The Mobilise community can also help with:

  • connecting with other carers, either via video call or their Community Facebook group;
  • talking to someone  -  with individual support and emergency numbers available;
  • information about financial support available;
  • a design tool to help set up your emergency plan;
  • a lock-down weekly planner;
  • information about other organisations and communities that are also available to help.

For more information, please follow the link to their website.
