Description:
Classes for beginners and regulars are held in St James’ Hall on Wednesday evenings, between 6.45pm until 8pm.
Yoga relieves mental stress and physical aches. It is an enjoyable activity combining breathing techniques with balanced postures and gentle stretches to increase strength, suppleness and stamina.
