Hands Together Ludlow

Description:

Hands Together Ludlow exists to support local people living in Ludlow or the surrounding villages, who may be in need by reason of youth, old age, ill health, loneliness, dysfunctional relationships, disability or financial hardship.

Alongside this, Hands Together Ludlow helps promote co-operation between local organisations to help ensure a local 'joined-up' approach continues and is further developed.

They aim to help anyone of any age and circumstances living in or around Ludlow, with situations such as:

• Feeling isolated and in need of some friendship or friendly support;
• Community meals (home delivered during Covid-19 pandemic, as conditions dictate);
• Money management issues as a result of welfare cuts and need, help with budgeting, or cooking cheap nutritious meals;
• Seeking work, needing help with transport, form filling, or help using the internet;
• Needing practical help with food shopping or prescription deliveries if you're unable to get out.

For these things and many more, they will be happy to discuss with you ways in which they can help.

Hands Together Ludlow is an initiative of Churches Together around Ludlow (CTaL).
