Homes Plus offer weekly drop-in sessions where customers can call in and get help if an advisor is available; where an advisor is not available, an appointment can be arranged.
These sessions are available at their Meole Brace Community Hub on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10am to 12.30pm and from 1pm to 4pm, and offer free access to computers and wi-fi. Customers can also get money advice, benefits advice and employment advice from Money and Employment Advisors.
