The Rainbow Centre offers services and activities to the whole community of Penley and the surrounding villages.  

Their community work is based in the Penley Rainbow Centre and within the community through the Befriending project.

The Penley Rainbow Centre aims to improve the health and well-being of the Penley rural community. They provide support, services and facilities that can empower people of all ages to retain as much independence as possible and enable them to access services in their locality.

Their vision is for older people to be recognised and to lead healthy fulfilling lives as engaged citizens, with rights of access to quality services according to their need. They also aim to bring services closer to the people that need them.
