Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (Shropshire) - Forces' Help (SSAFA) exists to provide help of all kinds, financial, practical or emotional, to serving and former members of the Armed Forces and their families who are in need.

All help is confidential.

In particular SSAFA - Forces Help:

• provides financial help
• provides assistance with Forces and War Pensions
• helps separated and homeless families to find accommodation
• helps provide wheelchairs and other mobility aids
• provides holidays for those in need and their carers
• visits those who are lonely

This local branch covers: North Shropshire, Oswestry, Shrewsbury and South Shropshire.
