Scrappies, Shropshire's only scrapstore, is based in Church Stretton and offers salvaged materials to groups and individuals for use in play and craft projects.
Every day factories, offices, businesses and shops generate tons of 'waste materials' much of which is suitable for re-use in play, leisure, craft and education. Scrappies collect and sort these materials and sell them on to their members.
Playgroups, schools, youth clubs, special needs groups, playschemes, churches, charities, community groups, families and individuals use the store on a regular basis to increase the range of materials and activities for their groups.
Scrappies also runs children's holiday workshops and is able to provide tailor-made workshops at your own premises.
Opening hours are Wednesday, 11am to 7pm; Thursday, 10am to 4pm; Saturday, 10am to 2pm.
