The British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA) was formed in 1965.  It is the only representative organisation for veterinary nurses and other veterinary support staff in the UK.

The BVNA website has a publications section which provides downloadable leaflets for anyone interested in a career in veterinary nursing or who would like more information about the roles and responsibilities of the veterinary nurses in their local veterinary practice,
