Beginners' Yoga (Shifnal)

Description:

Beginners Yoga classes are available on Thursdays, from 8.20pm to 9.20pm at Trinity Methodist Church in Shifnal.  The cost is £20 for a four week pass or £6 pay as you go.

All Generations Yoga and Pilates offer yoga classes for adults which are open to men and women of any ability weather you are experienced or a complete beginner.

  • adaptable yoga & pilates
  • baby yoga
  • corporate or chair yoga
  • pilates
  • pregnancy yoga
  • teen yoga for schools / colleges
  • toddler & pre-school yoga (nurseries only).
