Zumba with Mel (Springfield, Shrewsbury)
Description:
Mel offers recreation and fitness classes including Clubbercise, Zumba (Latin-inspired dance fitness), and Zumba Gold.
Zumba sessions take place at St Giles' Church Hall each Wednesday evening, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. There is an introductory fee of £2.50 for the first session, and then £5 per class.
