Care Farming West Midlands (CFWM)
Care Farming is the use of therapeutic farming practices to deliver a positive rural experience, it provides an innovative natural option for health and social care.
Care Farms provides health, social or educational care services for one or a range of vulnerable groups of people (including people with mental health problems, people suffering from mild to moderate depression, adults and children with learning disabilities, children with autism, those with a drug or alcohol addiction history, disaffected young people, adults and young people on probation).
Care Farming West Midlands (CFWM) has regional development officers who work with Care Farms in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and the rest of the West Midlands, and the regional bodies that commission their services.
