Description:
Clubbercise Telford with Kim is an easy to follow dance fitness class for all abilities which takes place in darkness using disco lights and glowsticks, and music from the 90s to current day.
It provides a fun way to burn calories and get fit with professionally qualified, enthusiastic, light-hearted group fitness instructor Kim.
Classes take place at Lawley Primary School on Tuesdays from 7pm to 7.50pm, and cost per session is £5 per person (all glow sticks are provided - no charge for hire). Participants must be age 16 years and please bring water and wear trainers. There is no need to book, but please attend at least 10 minutes prior to your first session to complete a health form.
