Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB)
Description:
There are around two million people in the UK with sight problems and the RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People) is the leading charity offering practical support and information to anyone with a sight problem.
Their helpline offers advice for people with sight problems, or those who are indirectly affected such as family members or employers.
Their skilled team of specialist advice workers offers a tailored one-to-one service, finding out what their customers need and supporting people through their services.
Customers get a call-back six to eight weeks later to see how they are getting on and to find out what else they can do to help.
