Contact - For famillies with disabled children

Description:

Contact provides online information and advice to families caring for children and young people with disabilities or additional needs from diagnosis, entitlement to services and benefits, to childcare and support when your child is at school or college.

There website has a number of tools to help you find the advice you're looking for quickly and easily.

Their Freephone helpline can offer support and advice for parents on a whole range of issues. The helpline is for parents and carers in any part of the UK with a disabled child aged from birth to 25. They have parent advisers who can give guidance on education issues such as EHC plans or school support; give you information about benefit entitlements and grants; or help you navigate your way through support systems.
