Workplace or private mediation, for civil or interpersonal issues or conflicts:  NOSS has a team of mediators working with individuals, groups or teams to facilitate realistic, sustainable agreements.  All mediation complies with the EU Code of Conduction for Mediation.  Workplace mediation is proven to reduce grievances and conflict by creating future focused solutions, saving organisations, companies and individuals money, time and emotional energy associated with investigations, grievances, complaint and discord.
