Body Matters - Monthly Yoga Classes (Rushbury, near Church Stretton)
Description:
Yoga and Pilates classes and weekend workshops throughout Shropshire which are suitable for beginners.
The Rushbury Village Hall classes take place once a month on Sundays from 10am to 12 noon.
Jill's classes are balanced and fun. Each class is structured to involve some fitness elements, stretching and relaxation.
In addition to her group sessions she provides private 1:1 Yoga and Pilates instruction and deep tissue massage
