Kimmy J Fitness (Lawley - Mondays)

Description:

Kimmy J Fitness offers various fitness classes around the Telford area.

The following classes take place at Lawley Village Academy each Monday:

Total Body Tone (from 6.15pm to 6.50pm):
A 30 minute full body resistance training class focusing on strengthening and toning. You will need to take along your own equipment these sessions (please follow the link to the website for full details).

Bopback Dance Fitness (from 7pm to 8pm):
A simple to follow dance, toning and combat fitness class aimed at getting you up and moving, and helping to make you feel energised and empowered.

Participants must be aged at least 16 years, and will need to fill in a PARQ form (available on the website). Booking is essential.
