We're Scope, the disability equality charity in England and Wales. We provide practical advice and emotional support whenever people need them most. We do this through our helpline, our online community, a range of employment and child sleep services, community engagement programmes, and more.
What we do
Support to Work
This is an online and telephone support programme for disabled people in England and Wales who are applying for jobs.

Navigate: emotional support for parents
This service provides support at the start of your journey as a parent of a disabled child aged 0 to18. It's a six-week programme that aims to put you in touch with a personal advisor, helping you to talk about your feelings and concerns.

Starting Line Programme
Starting Line is a pre-employment training programme for disabled people at the start of their journey into work in the Manchester area.
Training
Group training sessions will be:
- 3 hours per session.
- 2 mornings a week for 7 weeks.
- Around 12 to 14 people per group.
The sessions will help you:
- Grow in confidence, assertiveness and independence.
- Develop your interview skills.
- Find volunteering, training or employment opportunities.
- Talk about disability in the workplace.
You will also get one-to-one support from a specialist employment adviser.
