Buttercups is situated in the Hopwood area of Heywood offering a rural setting around farmland and creating a safe environment away from everyday noise and traffic. At our nursery, we encourage children to learn through play.
What we do
Children enjoy doing things for themselves, as independence promotes confidence. We hope children will leave Buttercups having had a happy and constructive time in their pre-school years.
We have been awarded Millie's Mark which is a special endorsement to childcare providers that go above and beyond minimum requirements by having 100% of staff trained in paediatric first aid, and also ensuring everything learned during the course is kept alive and in the forefront of practitioners’ minds so they are confident, ready and capable. It acknowledges children’s safety is at the forefront of our nursery when caring for children.
