I am a fully qualified Ofsted and NCMA registered Childminder. I have full Enhanced CRB checks, both hold full clean UK driving licences, Paediatric First Aid Certificates, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Children Certificates.

I live just a short walk from Castleton Railway Station, close to all bus routes and also the motorway (M62). I take great pride in our childminding services and like to think we offer our children a ‘home from home’ whilst their parents are at work.

I am a firm believer in the idea children learn best when happy, so strive to ensure the children I look after are not only cared for physically and educationally, but also emotionally as well.

I regularly attend training sessions and courses covering all aspects of childcare including child development, child welfare, first aid and healthy eating. I am very passionate about healthy eating and home cooking, and like to use locally sourced, fresh ingredients. I also like to involve the children in great fun making homemade cakes and biscuits. You might get to taste some if the children leave any.
