HMR Circle is a membership-based service open to anyone over the age of 50, membership includes access to a network of local practical helpers who are friendly and vetted local people who can help with gardening, cleaning, technology and work around the house.

Our members enjoy getting out and about and trying new things. Our monthly calendar has lots on offer and we are always adding new events requested by our members.
Members also have access to our network of DBS checked practical helpers for an extra pair of hands around the home and garden.

Our events calendar
Our events calendar is packed full of opportunities for members to get to know each other whilst doing things they enjoy or would like to try.
Each month you will find 25 to 30 different events, including days out, meals, guided walks and sightseeing opportunities, craft sessions, live music and much more.
All our events are suggested by members, they choose which gatherings they would like to go and they get given all the information they need, such as how much it costs and what time to meet.
HMR Circle Dinner Drivers
A weekly freshly prepared 2 course meal delivered to your door, for you to warm up when you are ready.
All the food is made freshly on the day of delivery, with a new menu released each month. Currently only available in parts of the borough. We hope to expand the project out boroughwide very shortly.

Let's Do Lunch - Join the club
We hope to re-launch our Lunch Club-clubs very soon.
Do you enjoy meeting people? Do you enjoy home-cooked food? Yes, Then you will love our luncheon club for over 50s.
Join us for a delicious, two-course set meal, freshly prepared by our team, with raffle (50p per ticket) and fun games, as well as the chance to get to know people in your community.
Monday
Where: St Ann’s Parish Hall, Brocklebank Road, Belfield Rochdale, OL16 5BT.
When: Arrive from 10.30am on Mondays, food served at 12noon, and we look to close at 1.30pm.
Cost: £4.50 per person.
Friday
Where: At The Strand Community Hub, Kirkholt, Rochdale, OL11 1JG.
When: Arrive at 12noon, food served at 1pm, and look to close at 2.30pm.
Cost: Joining fee £4.50 per person

HMR Circle Community Garden
We have an amazing Community Garden for people to get involved in.
Based at Queens Dr, Rochdale OL11 2NW we have a range of activities for people to get involved in.
There are raised bed areas, wild flowers and a small orchard.
We also have Repair, Refurbish and Renovate which is a twist on the Men in Sheds idea. We meet every Wednesday at 11am.
