Adult Activities in the Community
We want as many people as possible to be active and healthy and we offer a range of activities in community centres, village halls, parks and other multi-use community facilities across the borough. We want to encourage people to be healthy as well as having fun and making new friends.
Get active, have fun, meet new friends, control weight, feel good, improve fitness, develop stamina, get out and about and try something new.
