St Edward's Church of England Primary School
About
St Edward’s is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School, administered by Rochdale Education Authority for children between the ages of 4 to 11. We are affiliated to St Martin’s Church in Castleton.
As a Church of England school, the children are expected to attend daily worship assemblies and every half term we walk to the church for various services.
About the school
St Edward’s is a caring, Christian community with a love of learning where children achieve their potential, are confident in themselves and their abilities and are set on a positive path for life.
We strive through our faith to be kindhearted, be thankful, work hard, never give up, always be honest and to forgive and forget.
