Phoenix Futures Family Service

We are a charity and housing association which has been helping people overcome drug and alcohol problems for 50 years. We provide residential, prison, community and specialist services.

What we do

In the community

Our community services work across the country to provide information, advice and support for people with problematic drug and alcohol use. Our trained drug and alcohol workers offer a range of support and guidance depending on your needs and situation.

We also have a range of specialist community services for young people and over 50s. For those who are unable to travel to their community service we offer outreach support in some areas.

In residentials

Our residential services provide drug and alcohol free residential rehabilitation. You will live in the service for around 3 to 6 months, and during this time our staff help you to address your problematic drug and alcohol use and you will live as part of the community within the residential.

In prisons

We work within a number of prisons across England, helping offenders to address their substance misuse while in custody. Our services offer one-to-one and group support. We also offer support for families and loved ones.

In supported housing

Supported housing offers drug and alcohol free accommodation for people with substance misuse problems. The housing provides those in recovery with the opportunity to gain independence living in a community with their peers, while still receiving support from drug and alcohol support workers.
