Situated in a beautiful location in the small town of Darwen, Lancashire, Aurora Woodlands is a small, specialist school providing personalised, tailored academic and therapeutic support in a calm, nurturing environment.

Our team of skilled and experienced practitioners support young people with a range of complex social, emotional and mental health needs throughout their transition into young adulthood, so that by the time they leave us, they can look forward to bright, exciting futures. Aurora Brambles is an independent specialist day school, offering personalised academic and therapeutic support to young people aged 9 to 16 who face various challenges associated with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Woodlands, Darwen

Specialist education and therapeutic provision in a calm, nurturing environment, for boys aged 10 to 19 with additional social, emotional and mental health needs. Keyes Barn, Salwick

At Aurora Keyes Barn, we provide personalised, specialist education for boys aged 5 to 12 who face challenges associated with additional social, emotional or mental health needs. We offer a nurturing and safe environment in which each of our pupils can learn and express themselves, supported by skilled staff who understand their needs. Aurora Keyes Barn is situated in Salwick, a largely rural village between Kirkham and Preston in Lancashire.
