Bluebird Care Rochdale

Bluebird Care Rochdale is a leading homecare and live in care agency.  It is owned by local couple John and Beryl Keogh.

Bluebird Care UK first opened its doors in 2004 as a small family business dedicated to providing high quality homecare services.

What we do

Bluebird Care Rochdale is a franchise of the UK’s largest provider of domiciliary health care. It is owned by local couple, John and Beryl Keogh, who have returned to the area following 26 years of John’s service in the military. Both want to deliver quality care to the community that have welcomed them back.

We believe care matters and we are committed to providing the highest quality homecare across our territory so our customers can remain in their own homes. We deliver homecare and support services across the Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and Whitworth areas.

We want to be a good news story for the area and want to become the provider of choice for our staff and for our customers. One cannot exist without the other. We fully embrace new methods and technology to support the incredible work our care assistants do.

Our local community support

John works hard to contribute to the community, he has pushed a bed across the borough’s main supermarkets raising £1428.08 for Springhill Hospice over September and October 2019. He is also supporting Rochdale AFC to become Dementia Friendly following the delivery of a Dementia Friends session to their Chief Executive and Community Liaison Officer.  Bluebird Care Rochdale sponsor Rochdale Ladies football and the Rochdale Military Veterans football team having previously sponsored a youth football team too.

Why do we do what we do?

It is an honour and privilege to do what we do.
