Howard Street Family Hub
About
Family Hubs provide a range of support services for families with children aged 0-19 or 0-25 for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
We help your and your family through a range of different support and also to provide the opportunity for you to attend groups and courses at the centre. We are linked to other local services such as the Family Information Service, health, adult care, SEND teams and Job Centre Plus.
