We are the single point of referrals to mental health services for adults. We triage, assess and sign post you to mental health services, as appropriate.

What we do

Our team includes nurses and support workers. We work with partner agencies including Mind and Thinking Ahead.

How to access the service

Referrals can be made by:

  • Health visitors
  • North West Ambulance Service (NWAS)
  • GMMH homeless team
  • Pennine care helpline
  • Trainee associate psychological practitioners
  • Street triage
  • NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies
  • MIND
  • Samaritans
  • Andy’s Man Club
