Our website has a range of information and advice, our tips and techniques, ideas and inspiration, can help you feel more in control. You can access them in your own time, at your own pace.

You can contact Childline about anything. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in. We're here to support you and help you find ways to cope. There are lots of different ways to get in touch with us. And you can also get help from other young people through our site.

You can use our toolbox, however you're feeling, it can be great to express yourself and do things you enjoy. Take your mind off things with games, advice from our videos or find new ways to handle your emotions.
