Family Hubs and Start for Life

Family Hubs is a national programme to help ensure that babies, children and families have the support they need, when it is needed.

They offer high-quality support for families from conception to the age or 19 (or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities).

Family hubs provide a single access point to integrated family support services for early help with social, emotional, physical and financial needs. Each family hub is bespoke to its local community while incorporating three key delivery principles: access, connection and relationships.

We are updating this page on a regular basis, please keep checking on our Family Hubs support for the latest developments.
